Refund FAQ

How are you handling cancellations?

As you can imagine, suppliers are swamped as strained support staff try to process a flood of cancellations. Because of this, we are proactively contacting travelers about 30 days in advance of travel, if it appears travel is not possible.

This ensures an orderly path of assisting those with upcoming travel dates, so they get the personal attention they need to make informed decisions. If you have travel dates beyond 30 days from today, we ask for your continued patience and understanding while we assist those in the 30 day window.

What about refunds?  

The fastest and easiest way is to use your funds as a travel credit for a future date. Although each itinerary is unique, in the vast majority of cases, we’ve been able to offer full travel credits. This eliminates any wait times for a refund and simplifies the process.

If you decide not use a travel credit and wish a refund instead, depending on the individual circumstances, cancellation penalties may still apply. This is a very complicated situation and our travel counselors are working very hard on your behalf to avoid any penalties, but we cannot make any guarantees.

How do travel credits work?

We know many of you want to travel, but knowing when travel will resume is murky.

We are currently making all travel credits valid until the end of 2022. We have no desire for you to lose out on your credit, so if you have certain circumstances that require an extension, please let us know in writing prior to expiration. It’s our pleasure to work with you.

You may use your travel credit to purchase any of our services worldwide. That’s right. Our name is Euro-Connection but we book both domestically and internationally.

What now?

Without you, there is no US. It is our privilege and honor to serve you and your travel needs. One day soon, travel will return, and all of those wonderful places you’ve been dreaming of will be within your grasp.
